Probate, also known ass Estate Administration is the process of gathering the assets of the deceased, paying the bills and taxes of the deceased and distributing the assets according the instructions of the persons will or to make distribution of the assets according the the Pennsylvania Laws of Intestacy.

Becasue of the many filing deadlines reqired by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is important to begin the Estate Settlement process as quickly as possible after the death of a loved one.
